Terms of Use — Saowa Photos

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Saowa Photos app (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1) What the App does
Saowa Photos helps you review, organize, clean up, and share photos/videos. Some features operate fully on-device. Optional integrations (e.g., Immich, FTP/SMB) are available if you choose to configure them.
2) Free tier limits
The free version includes:
- Cleaning up to 500 items
- Sharing up to 3 share packs
Limits may reset or change with future updates; any changes will be reflected in the App and/or these Terms.
3) Subscriptions (auto-renewable)
Saowa Photos offers auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Saowa Pro Weekly
- Saowa Pro Monthly
Billing & renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel
You can manage/cancel subscriptions in App Store → Subscriptions (Apple ID settings).
No lifetime purchase
Saowa Photos does not offer a lifetime purchase option.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to interfere with sharing features, local services, or connected servers, or using the App in ways that violate applicable laws.
5) No warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saowa Photos and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App.
7) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.
